What's your minimum order quantity and how does pricing work?

We don't have a hard minimum — we accept orders from a single prototype to 100,000+ units. Pricing is volume-tiered: prototypes (1-50 units) carry a higher per-unit cost due to setup; small-batch (50-1,000) drops significantly; volume production (1,000+) reaches competitive B2B rates.

Every quote is custom and transparent — you'll see line items for components, labor, testing, and tooling. Send your BOM and Gerber files to get a quote within 24 hours.

How long does PCBA manufacturing take — from order to delivery?

Typical lead times:

  • Prototypes (1-50 units): 5-7 business days after component arrival
  • Small batch (50-1,000): 2-3 weeks
  • Volume production (1,000+): 3-5 weeks, depending on complexity

Component procurement is usually the bottleneck — we handle sourcing and can advise on alternates if your preferred parts have long lead times. Express turnaround available for urgent projects.

What quality certifications do you hold and how do you control quality?

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and manufacture to IPC-A-610 Class 2 and Class 3 standards. Our quality process includes:

  • Incoming inspection: All components verified against BOM before production
  • SPI (Solder Paste Inspection): After paste printing, before placement
  • First Article Inspection: First board fully inspected before volume run
  • Inline 3D AOI: Every board scanned after reflow — zero blind assembly
  • X-ray inspection: BGA and hidden-joint verification
  • ICT / Functional test: 100% testing on custom fixtures

Full traceability per serial number. See our quality page for details.

Can you source components or do I need to provide them?

We handle both. Most B2B clients choose our turnkey service — we procure all components through our established supply chain. Benefits:

  • Access to authorized distributors (Arrow, Avnet, Digi-Key, Mouser)
  • Volume pricing passed to you at cost + transparent markup
  • We flag long-lead-time parts early and suggest alternates
  • Counterfeit mitigation — all parts verified through our incoming QC

If you prefer consignment (you supply components), we support that too — just ship to our facility and we handle the rest.

Do you ship internationally and how is logistics handled?

Yes — we ship to 30+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. We handle:

  • Export documentation and customs clearance
  • Multiple shipping options: air freight (3-7 days), express (2-4 days), sea freight (economical for volume)
  • Packaging to IPC/JEDEC moisture sensitivity standards
  • Door-to-door tracked delivery with major carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS)

We'll quote shipping alongside your production quote so there are no surprises. Request a quote with your destination and we'll include logistics in the estimate.
